I have 340 employees that have a team number assigned to their names.  I need to retrieve all of the team member names,when the team number is entered in a cell. What is the best/easiest way to do this?

You could use an AutoFilter. What version of Excel are you using?

Anything else would be very difficult to do in Excel. You'd probably have to write a custom VBA function for it... which you could do, but it'll be tricky. Any chance I could talk you into using Microsoft Access instead? This would be so much easier to do with a simple parameter query.
