The HTTP headers are already written to the client browser. Any HTTP header modifications must be made before writing page content.

Sounds like either an error loading the down load page or problem with the browser.
Try logging out of your account on this site. Then log back on.
If that doesn't work you may need to log off, clear your browser cache, and restart the computer.
That should clear out all the memory and start you fresh.
I haven't received any other complaints lately, so it's probably either an issue on your system or a temporary glitch. If weird things like this happen, wait 10 minutes, restart your browser, and try again. Let me know if you're still having problems, and let me know specifically what page/link gives you the error message.
