I would like to know my membership level. I believe it is Learning Connection? If so I'm not receiving my weekly course.

Earl I can see that you do have the Learning Connection by the pips behind your name.
Until Richard sees this, go to the MyCourses page and at the bottom click the Update Your Account link. That will kind of "reboot" your info.
I think on that page there is also a "Send Me My Next Course" option as well. That will manually request your next course until Richard can look into why the automatic course isn't being delivered.
Hi Earl. Yes, you are a Platinum member and you are enrolled in the Learning Connection, however your account was set for 1 course every 30 days. Do you want me to change it to once a week? And like Scott said, there's always the "send my next course" link you can use.
