I have a worksheet that is locked but for several cells with formulas...  The worksheet allows the user to copy, cut, and paste but when the cut and paste feaure is used, the whole cells is wiped out (formulas, merged cells, and color of the cells).  Is there a function that locks the user from using the cut and paste feature OR allow the user to cut and paste but does not wipe out the formulas and color or merger that is applied to that cell.  Please help...Thanks!!!

You can use SHEET PROTECTION to keep certain cells from being edited at all, while allowing the user to edit the rest of the sheet. Just LOCK the cells you want locked. UNLOCK the cells you want the user to be able to edit. Then turn on SHEET PROTECTION.
