How do I cancel my Gold membership ?

If you signed up through YouTube you need to cancel ON YOUTUBE. If you signed up here on the Web Site Richard will see this and be able to help you.

Yes, I see Forum posts eventually... but if it's time critical, always use the Customer Service Form. I check that EVERY morning... well, business days at least. I do sometimes take a Sunday off. Sometimes. :)
