Hi, I have got the string of numbers as the followings: 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 14 15 I have copied and pasted them from a notepad sheet. How do i split them in separate cells as one number in each cell in excel? It seems that there is space between numbers that i need to consider? Kim

Try the TEXT TO COLUMNS feature in Excel. It can break up values based on any separator, like a space.
