In one excel workbook I have several pivot tables getting data from one large table. When I hit refresh or refresh all, every table loses their filters no longer provides an option for filtering by month, year, or quarter and the data displayed by the table is not desired. How do I correct this from happening? I want each pivot table to continue to updated the subtotals for each month as new data is added to the main table.

I figured it out. Some of the data feeding the Pivot Tables, had "#Value," errors. Once I updated their formulas using, "IFERROR" functions, the "#Value," errors went away and the pivot tables went back to using the "year" filters displaying the information correctly.
