How do i convert a regluar columned excel spreadsheet to a comma delimeted spreadsheet file?

Go to File > Save As. Give it a filename and then under the "Save as Type" option pick CSV (Comma Delimited). Now save it.
Of course, you won't see the commas unless you open the file in something like Notepad - but if you need to send someone a CSV file, that's how you do it.
