You know that passage in the Bible that says, "and the meek shall inherit the Earth?" Always wondered if that was mistranslated. Perhaps it actually says, "and the geek shall inherit the Earth."
Scott, Thank you. I don't have any Docmd.setwarnings or Echo statements in the Database. This must have to do with a setting in the database. I remember Rick saying that he hated all the warnings that the compiler put out and that he was to disable them. If so I would like to enable them back.

Eduardo it is usually best if you reply to the first question using the blue reply box, instead of the yellow "start a new conversation". It helps keep the topic together.
That being said, the settings you are referring to are covered in the first video I reminded you of. The Beginner 1 Lesson 7.
Rick uses both frequently. The one above is for your set up but you cant be sure if you share your db of have a multi-user set up that they have those setting turned off.
The DoCmd.SetWarnings will work for the program either way.
