I created a database for client and I am suppose to setup the database today. I'm getting an error msg after I saved the database as a template so I can distribute it.

"It says " Template cannot be instantiated. An unexpected error has occurred".

Now, when I open the original file its just blank. I did setup a password before creating the template in exclusive mode and everything was working fine until I created a template. So then I removed the password to see if that was the issue and still the same issue. With the original file, I have to use the shift key and then it shows tables, forms, queries. I have screenshots. Please help, I created templates before with no issue.
