Just suggested this to the boss because we were using Bria 5 (Not my choice!) and they've just cut off support for it. Since our CRM is Java based, it looks like a good fit.
Only question i have for anyone who knows it, is it possible to record calls? Not all the time or anything like that, just if one of our guys is taking details over the phone, its good to have a button they can click to record the audio
