I've been producing an Excel dashboard report and the textboxes held my comments on the various statistical/productivity points being made. I am working on consolidating everything into an Access database. My problem is two fold: 1)I am learning Access as I go so it is taking some time 2) My machine at work is the only one that has a valid license of Access. So I also need to learn how to use the runtime/developer extensions. So if you have any ideas on how to make me reeal smart real fast I woulf really like to hear them :). Thanks again for your help. Getting real smart real fast ain't easy... but I'll help you where I can. As far as the developer extensions go, they're not hard to figure out at all. Now, in all honesty, I haven't used the Excel 2007/2010 developer extensions yet, but in previous versions they came with a RUNTIME INSTALLER. You just install that package on the other desktop machines (just like any other program) and then you can use it to open and run Access databases just as if you had the full version of Access - however you can't EDIT anything. You should be able to figure that out no problem.
