If a person is brand spanking new to Databases and/or Access, this is a great place to get started. They should also supplement their learning with Relational Database Theory books as well.
I've been thinking about making some "theory-only" classes.

There is a great book "Inside Relational Databases (With Examples in Access)" with content that I think would be very helpful to students just getting started - I can see you covering similar material could be a great help especially with your presentation skills. The author discusses the true definition of what a relational database is and Dr. Edgar Codd's (the father of Relational Database), 13 rules to truly be considered relational. I know you weave similar material into your training, but I encourage you to add the Theory only courses. Cheers!
