Richard lays out the course material in an easy to follow format and his explanation of the material is easy to follow.  I would definitely recommend his courses to friends and work colleagues.  I've had experience with Access in the past and I also have experience with Oracle and MS Sql.  I haven't used Access since the late 1990's so I thought it would be fun to start from scratch for a refresher and to pick up new tips.
