Has anyone else had the problems I am encountering with this video player? All the courses for which I have paid are apparently downloaded successfully to the Video Player, but when I try to run them I get the message "It looks like this course is missing files. Please reinstall it." I have done so countless times and tried to install other courses (I have purchased 13), but get the same message on all courses. I have removed and reinstalled the Video Player and removed and reinstalled the courses, but still get the same message. I also get it on my secondary computer so I am baffled, and so, it appears, is Mr Rost. Any help to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. David
Reply from Richard Rost:
This does happen from time to time... usually it's because of a bad Internet connection, or a glitch that causes one or more of the video files to not download correctly.
If the download feature inside the video player doesn't work for you, there is an alternative method. Log into your account at www.599cd.com/MyAccount and click on the MY COURSES link. Click on the individual course and you'll see a link to download. This will allow you to download a single EXE file that contains the videos. You'll need the password that's shown on your download page to install it.
