Thank you, but once they are downloaded how do I view them? Presumably not in the 599CD Viewer, so do I use QuickTime Player or Windows Media Player, and if I use any of those, how do I follow the videos sequentially? Do you have any suggestions. By the way I am sure it is not a glitch in the download, I believe it is a fault or a switch in the 599CD Video Player. Regards David
