Are you downloading them a course at a time, or the Download all button?
Can you find the videos that downloaded using Windows Explorer?
Say you have a folder located in C:\Users\USER\Documents\599CD\COURSENAME If they are there can you play the videos through Windows Media Player (WMP) as a single video?
Obv doesn't help with the 599CD Player but would check the in-house downloads? -- I've had this problem with downloading before but the method Richard has already described getting the EXE file has always solved the problem.
