Your response, although making for a very slow system, was successful in downloading all the courses I have bought onto the Video Player, so please ignore my earlier message.

I'm glad you were able to get your courses finally downloaded. I know there is an issue with the Video Player downloads for some users. I've got over 20,000 customers who have used my Video Player, and so far I've only had complaints from about a dozen or so people with problems downloading inside the player. The problem is that I can't reproduce the error on my end. I've tried several different machines with a lot of different configurations. For some reason, some systems just don't like my download program, and I can't figure out why. The whole program does need to be re-written, however. It's OLD. I built the core of it back in 2001, and it has been patched and upgraded a million times since then, but I do need to rewrite it from scratch. In any case, downloading the EXE files manually will allow you to get the videos (as you've already discovered) and they should then run inside the Video Player -OR- you can watch them right from Windows Explorer. Each course has sequentially numbered videos.
