I have several forms where I have a time field. Is there a time picker similar to the date picker in Access?

Yes but that only allows you to pick a date, not a time

The template includes a couple of Time Pickers as well (both analogue and digital).

Where do I find that? When I open the date/time picker next to a date field I only see dates.

There is no built-in Time Picker in Access. The link I gave you is for one of Richard's Templates. Did you click the link?
