I Have a continuous Form where I'd like certain things to be visible under certain record, but not visible on other records. On the records that are suposed to be invisible, they only disappear once you click on that record. and when it does all the records have it not visible. How do i make that condition correspond and ony correspond to those particular records?
As long as the data is still in the textbox, the user can still retrieve it. See the picture below. Even with a locked textbox as Richard's method suggests, the user can still select the data by dragging the mouse through it, right-clicking, and seeing the content, and having the ability to copy the content and paste it somewhere else. I mean, that doesn't take a lot of effort at all.
A more robust way would be to actually make the textbox empty, with a calculated field that shows data conditionally. But it would make the textbox uneditable.
