Help! Somehow my data is scrambled. The email addresses for some of the customers are going to the wrong customer. I have the backend on sharepoint. Any idea what is the best why to fix this? The database has less that 200 records, so it's not too big. Should I copy the linked tables down to my local drive and work edit them and then upload? I don't think it is all the customers but now I don't trust any of it and feel I have to check every single record.
I would *take a copy* of the database, delete all the records and set up a few false records with email addresses you have access to (Pun intended). See if the issue is resolved.
If it works, you know the problem is with the records/back end. If it doesn't, it's a problem with the code/front end and you can go from there.
When troubleshooting, start off a process of elimation. You can't begin to work on a problem until you know WHERE the problem is.
