    Can you help teach me how to solve the following using microsoft excel

1. How to reference a cell such that when I type a value in say cell A1, it indicates a different value in B2 or wherever I want it
E.g If I type any country name in cell colums A1 to A10, B2 to B10 should automatically indicate their respective Phone code.

2. I have a series of numbers say 1 - 10 in cells A2 through Cell A11, and names beside each number in cells B2 through to B11.
How can I use excel to excel show the highest ranking name and number beside, in another cell.
E.g I have a class of 15 students and after writing a test, their scores are indicated beside their names. I want excel to aside from rank them (without
having to SORT), show me in a separate cell the Name of the student with the highest score and his score, side by side.

3. I am a wholesaler, I want to be able to reward any of my clients that purchases a certain number of products.
E.g. For every hundred cartons of different products, a customer is entitled to 10 free addon of the same product. I need excel to generate the volume track the volume purchased by each
client, their entitlement on every 100 carton purchases made.
