Just use if/then statements. Should be pretty easy since the numbers are always going to be the same if they reach the next tax bracket.

TaxDeducted=0
Income= 'enter calculation here to calculate the total income however you want, I'd probably just use DSum
If Income>=6900 Then
TaxDeducted=((Income-6900)*.375)+630+75
ElseIf Income>=4800.01 and Income<6900 Then
TaxDeducted=((Income-4800.01)*.3)+75
ElseIf Income>=4500.01 and Income<=4800 Then
TaxDeducted=((Income-4500.01)*.25)
End If

Might also need to use some rounding or formatting to get a 2 digit decimal point.
