Oh, you didn't tell him how long it would really take, did ya? Oh, laddie. You've got a lot to learn if you want people to think of you as a miracle worker.
Probably this is not the right place to ask...But probably someone can direct me where to go. I have a TOSHIBA PRO L300 laptop. Of late, i am getting eye pains due to the high screen brightness. I have tried to use FN+F6 in combination in vain. Is there another way that i can reduce the screen brightness? I have also checked the "Power Options Properties" under the control panel and i dont find any options available to reduce the brightness. I really need my eyes...Can someone direct me how to reduce the brightness?
Thank you in advance

Reply from Richard Rost:
Usually you have to use the function keys (as you've already tried) to reduce your laptop's brightness. There may be a software utility that came with it. Look in your Toshiba accessories folder under Programs and see. I've always just used the FN keys.
