Hi,
I am hoping you can help me with an issue I am facing with Microsoft access.
I have 2 tables 1 is designed to store all the employee data and another table is to make a transfer order for employees.
the issue I am facing is that most of the fields in transferT are the same as EmployeeT and I want to bring similar data to my forms using employee id (data fetching using condition/ Something like: if employeeid of transferT is same as EmployeeT then fetch/import name, phone number and project name to transferT)
2. I have a structure of the transfer form in excel, how can I embed that into access, so that when I finish filling TransferF and press the print option so it uses that structure and I get output in that format/structure.
I have tried so much but I couldn't do it please need your support
If you have videos covering my problem please provide the link so I can watch them and get the solution.

Note: Normalization is not what i am looking for.

It would help if you explained what a transfer is. Without proper context it's hard to tell what you're trying to do. Some screenshots would help too.
