I think we're going to the moon because it's in the nature of the human being to face challenges. It's by the nature of his deep inner soul... we're required to do these things just as salmon swim upstream.
Hi Richard and people, i have voip phones at my workplace and we are migrating in a few weeks possibly a month or 2 depending on the training, we are migrating our phone system to take calls on our computers now. Our phone company, Vonage just helped me understand how to do that. Now would i have to go through them or do you have a video on how to capture the person calling and phone number to intigrate into our database.

Your phone company should have an app, website, or other means to let you view and download call history. My cheap T-Mobile residential cell phone plan allows me to see incoming and outgoing phone numbers, date and time, duration, etc. Your business-class plan should have something like that or better.

Hi Kevin and thanks. Yes i was working on that for a while with vonage help. I need to call them back and ask about capturing the phone number and name to my access database and auto inserting it.
