I'm working through the Access beginner classes before purchasing (probably Expert), but most of the videos I've watched so far have frozen part way through. Restarting goes back to the beginning, and I can't return to where I left off, and have to play at 2x to get there. Suggestions?

Are you watching here or on YouTube?
Try rebooting you router. Shut it down completely for 3-5 minutes.
Also restart your computer. Don't shut it down and turn it back on do a restart. Clear out all the cobwebs you can.
Let me know specifically which video (class, lesson number) and at what time index it freezes. It's almost always a caching issue on your machine, but once in a while video files on the server do corrupt.
