The goal of education should not be to increase the amount of knowledge but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover, to create men who are capable of doing new things.
Hi Richard hope your move goes well and no problems cannot wait for the next video? Where are you moving from and to. How will this effect your Internet connection and speed, I moved recently and did not check for internet connection and speeds until I connected my serve and my local internet connected drives ran slow over my internet I had to the local telephone company out to sort out the telephone lines they had to dig them all up and put no finer cables in. Ow its running very fast not good job I am not a business all the best steveB
Thanks Steve. The move is going smoothly so far. My database server is all set up in my new office and everything is running just fine. I'm only moving a few miles from Fort Myers over the river to Cape Coral. I've got Comcast high-speed internet at both locations and I've been very happy with it so far. When I first moved down to Florida about 10 years ago I bought a house that was in a semi rural area (far NW Cape Coral) and I didn't check ahead of time what kind of internet was available. I was stuck using DSL at like two megabits per second (downlink; uplink was like 100k) which was awful slow. I even tried using satellite internet out there and it was awful. It used to take an hour to upload a video to YouTube. But now I've got a full gigabit of speed so it's nice and fast.
