Hello sir.thanks for your service.so far am developing a DB in Ms access to track a patient who comes to a hospital and orders tests.the tests have parameters e.g a urinalysis test can have parameters like pH, specific gravity ,blood etc.i tried to figure out a query which tracked the patient,tests,orders and parameters but whenever I order a test which has more than one parameter,the test gets repeated during filling in results.eg if the test has 10 parameters,it repeats 10 times.any help is welcome.thx
Sounds like you need an Aggregate Query, but something like this is almost impossible to help you with without seeing how your database is set up and all of your table structures and relationships and queries and it's too vague of a question for us to give you any meaningful help. Try to be more specific.
