The purpose of education is to show people how to learn for themselves. The other part of it is that you need to reach that state of independence and self-reliance.
I have a database that 90 percent of its function is printing reports. The printing always varies in number copies. I mostly need to switch between a color and black-and-white printer. How do I open the print window where I can choose printers and type number of copies to be printed just like in the Ms Word?

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdPrint
will open a Print dialog box where you can select printers and copies.
