I've inherited a .accdb file that contains reports. The data comes from another CRM where I export the data to a .MDB file that is linked in to the .accdb file as tables.
As usual, the tables are used to create queries and the queries are used to create reports. All functions perfectly fine when I update the .MDB files. Calculations are correct, queries open with data, reports open with data.
When the other user updates the .MDB files, we can see the updated data in the table within the .accdb file but then when opening the same queries and reports, we only see column headers and no data.
This is remedied by me rerunning the exports to generate the update .MDB files and all is well with the world again. I cannot find any user permissions that would create this issue.
