I have an "employee Info" form currently that is locked to edits, and an "edit" button that opens a form that is similar, but the information can be edited. Using the "Get a value from an open form" video, I was able to get the "edit" form to pull the name of the employee from the combo box on the "Employee Info" form, BUT I can't figure out how to get the form to "refresh" so the rest of the data on the form is for the employee. I tried creating a second combo box using the "search for records within a form" option in the Wizard, but when the new form opens, the name is correct, but the rest of the information doesn't update. Not sure how to get that to work. Thanks!
