I see that you do indeed have the Silver Membership as well as the Learning connection, the two icons beside your name. It appears that you purchased them here on Richards web page. Correct?
Anyway for Access, you should be able to go directly to: Access TechHelp For the others (Word, Excel, etc) you click the TechHelp link above on the menu bar.
To get the most out of this site click on the My Account at the top of the page. Down toward the bottom in the Links section there are a couple of important links to notices / videos. Make sure and watch the Website Tour.

Alex not 100% sure but I think he was expecting to see the TechHelp under the My Courses
Yeah if you see that badge on your account then you should have access to the extended cuts and if you look on your account page it should show silver member.
