I volunteered to take over our agency Access database. It is extremely complex and developed over about 20 years from one person after pulling tables from Paradox. I was a 25 year veteran IT administrator but never got into database's much, I retired last year but returned to do this. So I am starting from scratch. I have taken many classes over my career from New Horizons and the like and I was always intimated by all the experienced students that would outrun me and I would be left setting in the classroom by myself after class trying to catch up. I love being able to "Pause" you so I can work at my own (slow) pace!! Thank you for doing this. It's great!
Yeah... I was someone who was also either BORED or LOST in the college courses I took. Bored in the slow ones. Lost in the ones where I couldn't understand the instructor. I prefer either video training or books myself.
