I have a DB for a printing company where the main form calculates paper and ink. There is a subform for the extras (binding, etc.). Not all jobs need the extras, but the user must click on one of the subform for the total on the mainform to calculate the total for the job. Data Entry is set to No on both. How can I get the user to bypass the subform if needed?
