I created a query and form to show a persons % stock in their portfolio. I set up conditional formatting to turn their % box red if it was outside the parameters I set. Is there a way to sort by if they are red or not? I would like to run a query or report that shows each person who is outside of their parameters, and then run a calculation to see the dollar amount we either need to buy or sell to get back into their parameters. Please help!

Unfortunately Access doesn't have the "cool tools" like Excel does for sorting by color. You can sort the data using the same criteria you use in the conditional format though using a query.
