Hi, I am creating a report for my clients' portfolios. It calculates the % of their portfolio in stocks. I have guidelines that state each client's range of %stocks they are allowed to be in. I have done conditional formatting to alert me and turn red if that percent is outside of the range. Is there a way to show a little graph or color code where it is inside the range? If a client is within their range, it will not turn red, but I am looking for a way to represent how close it is to being outside the range. I believe the way to do this in excel is sparklines but I have not found an equivalent on access.
Unfortunately, Microsoft Access doesn't have an equivalent to sparklines. The best you could do with what's available right now would be to use different colors - like having red for over 90%, orange for over 80%, and yellow for over 70%, and so on. You could also use a Progress Bar; I've got a video on that.
