Today i have responsed with my payment questions, but the website has no replied but delete my question? i have emailed Mr. Richard last week, but no replied, so yesterday deducted my cost again automaticlly. i don't know it is the best reply and fair to me. friends

Not deleted - but instead moved to Richard's personal Customer Service area.
I'm sure he will address your concerns soon.
Keep in mind that we do not have any authority or control on this site over billing. Questions such as this have to have his input.
In addition he has been traveling and taking some personal time away.

Had a very busy week last week. I got your emails. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. And yes, any questions that contain personal billing information get moved to my customer service inbox.
