When I watch a long instructional video on YouTube I like to keep a text document of the current timestamp that I am up to in the video along with the contents of the video (if available).
Unfortunately, the timestamp in the contents is rarely in a uniform format so I built an Excel sheet to fix the format of each of the items so I can simply copy it to my text document.
The image below shows how I accomplished this.
