Does anybody have opinions about SharePoint? Is it worthwhile to learn? thanks.

Yes, but only under certain circumstances. If you have an Access database you want to be able to share with a limited group of people (office co-workers, for example) then it's great. In my opinion it's not quite secure enough for public Internet databases, but it's coming along nicely. I will be having a seminar on SharePoint this summer.
