Does access have something comparable to excel's index/match? I have a table with 800 facilities that my call center needs to lookup by facility number or name. combo box that populates text boxes doesn't save to a table an they do not want to type the info on the form - they want it auto populated. They also want a start time and end time to see how much time the calls take. They also want to retrieve the previous form if the caller has one more question after the form was submitted.
