Indeed you can!, Rich has done some more in depth videos in Access Developer 44 and maybe {Access Developer 45} if there is enough interest.

The new Northwind database developer's edition uses pretty elaborate contextual custom ribbons. You can download it (open Access, go to Home, under New, download "Northwind dev edition") and look under the hood to see how it's set up and how the XML is written.

Yep, Developer 45 is coming where I plan on continuing more with the custom ribbons and pop-up menus and stuff. I've been pretty busy over the last few months, but hang in there, it's coming.
