We calculate hours based on a 7 minute rule 10:53-11:07 =11:00 11:08-11:22= 11:15 11:23-11:37=11:30 etc I can do a mround formula in excel to round the time up or down. Mround doesn't work in Microsoft access. We then calculate how much each employee worked each day after we round up their hours. Can you help me make this work in access. Thank you for all your help.
