If you have the value in a query, then just use that query as the record source for your form. Record Source

Sounds like your query is not updateable. You may need to simplify it. Not Updateable

Thank you...!  You know I don't know what I am doing wrong...  

MY query is based on multiple tables also the query I am working on will be base on multiples queries...  I notice when I run the query with the studentT only, It looks fine the empty field at the bottom of the query appears but; when I add another query and run it.!  The query appears uneditable, the empty field at the bottom is not there

It's ok Nelson, that's just a joke when you try to like your own messages. You can still like anyone elses posts fine.

As far as the query goes, basing something on multiple tables/queries is probably going to get you to not updateable. A query that advanced shouldn't really be used for a form anyways. Those kind of queries are really just for showing information grouped together. For visual information, not for editing. Watch that video Rick linked if you havent.

There are still multiple ways to setup a form with multiple tables involved. Such as using things like DLookup for displaying information (you can't edit these either, but if you only need one piece of information from a table, then you can just look it up and omit the table from the query, which might help make it updateable). You can also use Subforms to put multiple related tables together on one form. You could use unbound fields and hard program the whole form with VBA if you wanted to. There are options, they just might be too advanced for what you know right now. You might just need to make simpler versions of what you're trying to accomplish for now, and make them more advanced when you know a little more.

Just so you have an idea what I am doing.  I will shortly talk to you a little bit about my database...

I work in a school facility for especial education..

I am working on Emergency information report.  the report needs to show the basic information of the student like address, gender, start date, DOB, age, etc.

Aside of that the report needs to show the contact information. like phone numbers and also the relationships between them.

Plus the Dr information like Name, contact number, medication. and health info like if they have vision problems, etc..

and of course the photo of the student..!

I will keep working on this and if you have advise I will appreciate it...

Like I said at the beginning I just started using access. And I love it but I am having a lot issues setting the query to show the info in my report.

I would strongly suggest starting with the beginner courses and working your way up, something like that shouldn't be too hard to setup and is definitely doable. I think you might be having trouble with your table setup and relationships if that's the current problem. Relationships and/or Many-to-Many might help you out, but I think you'd get more out of it if you progressed in the normal teaching courses a little further before you went down that road, you'll learn a lot of the basics that you'll be building on as you learn. You'll get there.
