Can you please explain me in detail, how to use vlookup/index/match/access database.

the records are 150000.

I have 2 sheets, Some records are in sheet 1 and not in sheet 2. and vice versa. So it is little bit confusing for me.
How I have to write the formula, Please help me.

There are several tutorials on my site (including the links to the free tips I posted previously) that explain how to use these functions. Plus I cover them extensively in my classes. Perhaps if I get some time over the next week or two I'll make a tip showing how to do this specifically, but I'm extremely backed up right now.
