I have a double list form the shows multiple quotes and when I click on a quote, it shows the items in that specific quote. The only indication of which record is selected is a shadow around the selected checkbox. Is the a way I can highlight the row?

You could use Conditional Formatting to highlight a field or all the fields in the record if the checkbox is marked.
