ON ground level I use data from OM oracle, part data from WMS inventory and part from service max to create one xscl which is very time consuming. Can I combine all the information in one my fetching data from different sources to generate one report on daily RMA return material?

yes, you should be able to create a simple Access Database that reads several data sources and generates a unified report.
