I have a series of tables for document control. One has the document ID and title to avoid duplication of document numbers. One has a list of revisions by document number and the change order. And the last one has the change order list to prevent duplication of change ID. I have a form based on the change order list that includes the revision table as a subform (table view). I want to update the prior revision of each document (revision table) with the effective date of the change table. I have been working on vba programming for verifying steps of the change order (effective date is valid, data is entered etc) and want to add this step but can't figure out how to find the prior revisions in the revision table in VBA.
