I'm attempting to upgrade my Tech Help membership from Silver to Gold to use the Code Vault. The My Account page suggests using the Customer Service form to contact Richard about upgrading. When I fill that out, I get a bot response telling me I can manage my membership on the My Account page. It also asks if I'm satisfied with the answer or need to contact Richard directly. I'm probably easily confused, but I don't know if Richard has a message from me in his Customer Service queue, and I need to wait patiently, or if I need to do something else. I'm happy to pay for an annual membership at the Gold level; I cannot figure out how to do it!
Yeah, the bot is still learning. Sorry for the confusion. It's not your fault. It's my fault... I have to train the Bot to answer questions like this, and every time it doesn't know something, I have to teach it. So your question helps to train the Bot. Thank you.
The answer to this question is that upgrading or downgrading your membership isn't something you can do online YET. I will take care of this for you myself. Thanks!
