Hello gurus, i a m working on creating a leave management system (Ms Access).
I have managed to come up with a table which finds accrued leave days. The accrued leave days is calculated by subtracting [current date] from the [employee start date], multiplied by [normal monthly entitled leave day] which is 1.5. Then when an employee takes a leave for the first time, [number of days for this leave] is subtracted from [available leave days] to find [number of days to remain]. This works well in the first leave record of the same employee. But the problem arise in the second row of the same employee as the second record also finds the accrued employee days using the formula of employee start date - current date * 1.5.

I am expecting the second row  for the same employee to find a accrued leave days by adding [remained number of days] from the first record plus any other accrued days of other months which were not covered in the first record
